Description: This course describes concepts such as easements and profits a prendre, freehold covenants, mortgages and adverse possession. This also distinguishes licenses from leases and concequences of these on the rights and duties of third parties. This also aims at making a distinction amongst different kinds of easements such as easement by prescription, implied easements etc.
