Description: Focussing upon constitutional issues and reform, students will analyse key issues governing primary legislation and delegated legislation. This course also will analyse the concept of judicial independence and judicial accoungtability. It also will explain the grounds onwhich judicial review of primary legislation and delegated legislation are permitted.
