Unit Name: Law of Tort - II

Description: This course examines important topics such as consequences of breach of statutory duty under the law of torts. It also analyses topics such as strict liability, nuisances etc particularly in the light of decided cases such as Reylands v. Fletcher. This also makes a distinction between various kinds of intentional injuries to person like trespass, assault, battery and false imprisonment.
