Unit Name: Common Law Reasoning and Insitutions - II

Description: This unit is a introduction to the doctrines of equity, fairness and justice and their impact on the Fiji judiciary. It also introduces the students to the concepts such as independence of judiciary and judicial accountability. It also aims at analyzing the concept of justice and how access to justice is crucial in making the legal system truly fair.
