Unit Name: Common Law Reasoning and Institutions I

Description: This course aims to provide a foundation in the skills of legal method: case analysis; statutory interpretation and application; legal reasoning; the interaction between case law and legislation; an introduction to legal writing and research; and an introductory study of law making in Fiji.
