Unit Name: FTV Secondary Cinematography

Description: In the Second Trimester this course offers the secondary level of Camera technique, in this students will learn application of theoretical knowledge & skills acquired in Trimester I to use it practically in the screen language to shoot, light, record, view rushes & edit a short video, applying adequate Cinematographic & Lighting techniques.

Prerequisite: N/A

Prerequisite Sentence: Successful completion of Sixth Form or equivalence (12 years of continuous progression) or equivalent. Applicants may also be admitted to Certificate IV in Film & Television program who may not meet the 12 years of continuous progression requirement, but who are able to demonstrate their ability to succeed in programs at these levels on the basis of maturity, work experience, or prior learning.
