Description: This unit covers and emphasizes on TWO (2) distinct expects of Material Quality and Operation Management student will be able to learn the processes of procurement and management of material resources as a set of interdependent, logically linked and value added. Learn to manage the elements necessary to conduct business in an efficient and effective manner. The efficient execution of the process of procurement and management material resources. The procurement process should ensure a balance between the needs and the material resources available so that the organization can operate effectively and efficiently. The second expects of this topic will focuses on the basic concepts, issues, and techniques for efficient and effective operations and supply chain management, which includes operations strategy, product and service design, process design and analysis, capacity planning, lean production systems, materials and inventory management, quality management and six sigma, project management, and supply chain in the operations Management where student will be able to learn the management of resources and activities that produce and deliver goods and services for customers.
