Unit Name: Front Office Supervisory Skills II

Description: This unit is designed to evaluate the principles of supervision as they apply specifically to the hospitality. Supervisors are confronted daily with demands handed down to them from higher management levels, guests and government agencies. The coverage includes workplace safety and security, handling complaints, elements of supervision, revenue management and elements of recruitment and training. It's important to understand how these dimensions affect performance, motivation, success, and interactions with others.
