Description: This course aims to provide in?depth knowledge, skills and understanding on the planning of all the types of buffets and sit down meals. It will focus on feasibility study, market study, production, service, control and profitability. Thus it focuses on accommodating for various kinds of functions which is an excellent revenue earner for any establishment, for any season of the year.
