Discuss governance in terms of the origins of acts and regulations in Fiji system and other Pacific Island Countries 2. Apply legal frameworks that govern and protect Environmental Public Health in PIC 3. Apply legal frameworks that regulate borders and movement of people 4. Apply legal frameworks that regulate environmental protection 5. Apply other EH-related frameworks in PIC that regulate services sectors and settlements 6. Apply legal frameworks that regulate local and outer island divisional governance
