Description: The course focuses on the early childhood professional as a strong leader and advocate. The unit develops important understandings and skills that will enhance students? confidence and capacity to perform these complex roles, both locally and nationally. Students should be able to engage in informed ethical argument in professional controversies and be aware of the significance of ethos conduct in professional matters.
