Unit Name: Technology Enhanced Research
Description: This course focuses on how students can use technology to enhance their research activities. It will help students to develop their knowledge and skills in conducting high quality research in the digital age. The use of various software for data collection and analysis will help students to facilitate their research project. The course will provide students with ample opportunities to familiarize and apply appropriate software such as SPSS, Excel, and NVivo to better analyze textual and numerical data.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will have the ability to:
1.2.1 Critically assess the impact of digital technology on research.
1.2.2 Evaluate digitally sourced information.

1.2.5 Assess the strengths and weaknesses of digital tools to determine which are most suitable for their proposed inquiry.
