Unit Name: Advanced Tariff

Description: This course will provide students with an advanced knowledge of tariff classification and valuation under international principles established by the World Trade Organization and the World Customs Organization (the WCO Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System and GATT Valuation Code), and skills to apply the principles to international trading activities. Further emphasis is placed on analyzing policy implications and contemporary issues that affects trade facilitation
