Unit Name: Team Building, Communication and Mentoring Skills

Description: The purpose of this course is to train students in the structures, processes and tasks of group dynamics, team building and interpersonal communication. The course also introduces the mentoring principles, skills and best practices that can be used in all aspects of employment.
