Unit Name: Professional Communication

Description: Professional Communication is designed specifically for diploma programmes from any discipline. The main intention of this course is to develop the professional communication skills of students in order to enable them to function effectively when engaging with clients and audiences in their careers. Tasks for this course will be realistic and contextualised to the relevant situations and activities that students will be engaging in, in their study and later in their careers.
