Description: This course introduces students to understanding and having the ability to create the different types of programmeming, undertake feasible studies on a construction proejct and make assessment on the ability to build or not, create a budget and schedule again st the programmeming, work as a team with other profession i.e. architects, QS'S, sub contractors, abilty to understand contract.
