Description: This unit is designed to develop an understanding of the managing projects by having a basic understandign or the different types of organisation involved in any construction projects and how they operate, organising of the construction projects and jow critical activities and float activities affect the companies involved in the project, and the different forms of managing projects so as to ensure time management. Undestanding the use of Microsoft Project that incorporates the time managemetn and cost managemetn for construction projects.
