Learning Target Outcomes: 1. Describe the physical components of a desktop computer system. 2. Know what software packages are available to suit particular needs. 3. Confidently use an alpha-numeric keyboard to verify the robustness of the proposed solution against clearly specified user requirements. 4. Prepare written documents using a word processor and Microsoft excel. 5. Adequately manage a computer system.
