Description: The purpose of this unit is to enable the development of knowledge, understanding and required for the basic fundamental of engineering drawing and drafting. The unit will assist them in designing and analyse project and structure to suite todays need in related to structural components.

Learning Target Outcomes: On successful completion of this course, the participant should be able to: 1. Draw the pattern development of a prism [Rectangular, hexagonal] 2. Draw the pattern development of prism[elbow] 3. Draw the pattern development of the truncated right prism 4. Determine the line of intersection. 5. Draw the development of the cylinders 6. Draw the pattern development of the Tee pieces.
