Unit Name: Banking Operations Management

Description: This course intends to introduce students towards decision making and offers a unique approach to understanding bank management. The course also allows the student to understand that commercial banks operate in a rapidly changing regulatory and economic environment and lets the students recognize that competitive pressures have increased, so the opportunities for banks to offer new product.
