Unit Name: New Account Procedures & Account Maintenance

Description: Depository Accounts are Depository Institutions most important products as they perform the primary function of a bank. Depository account funds helps to banks to carry Financial Intermediary role in the society. Tellers are the front line staffs who handle depository account basic function of receiving and disbursing funds against such accounts on the counter. The Course introduces potential teller students how to operate safe deposit boxes, maintain account payment, update customer details against prove of change of details and close a depository account.
