Unit Name: Automotive Commercial Procedure

Description: This course offers students the understanding of workshop planning, general workshop requirements, staff supervision, time management, leadership, communication skills, customer service and workshop control.

Learning Target Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. Explain and understand workshop planning, general workshop requirement and workshop control, staff supervision, time management and leadership. 2. Have the skill and knowledge in communication, listening and decision making. 3. Demonstrate and apply good instruction, workshop safety and on job training. 4. Have the knowledge and control of customer service and store control. 5. Equip with basic skill and information, identify and solve problems related to business operation, also to operate feasibility report or business plan.
