Unit Name: Post-Harvest Tech

Description: This unit will introduce the importance of post-harvest technology and management of agricultural crops; harvesting and post-harvest operations, drying and storage operations, processing of wastes and by-products, and transport and marketing/value-adding operations. Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. ETs are expected to develop the elementary knowledge and skills required for the refrigeration and air-conditioning trade that exist in industrial buildings. You will learn what is required to maintain human comfort in residential and commercial buildings. Using a step-by-step approach, you will design a complete year-round air conditioning system for an institutional building while considering available energy conservation techniques.
