Unit Name: Post-Harvest Processes & Practice
Description: This unit will enable students to understand, develop knowledge and skills on post-harvest methods and practices. Identify methods of harvesting, handlings, transportation, processing, storage and packing of various agricultural crops, vegetables, cereals, grains and fruits. Students shall be required as final requirement will do a research on a local agricultural commodity (dalo, cassava and etc.) and submit report based on the present scenario in terms of its post-harvesting practices.
