Description: This unit will enable the student to understand , develop knowledge and skills required for operating, installing and using various types of irrigation systems, identify the various methods of surface(gravity fed) irrigation , their usage, advantages and limitations of each method and determine the irrigation cycle in relation to soil and crop type.
