Description: This unit will enable students to develop and focus their understanding of integrated farming and sustainable agriculture, through the basic understanding of Livestock production and the application of crop and livestock production in an Integrated System.

Learning Target Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, the student should be able to: 1. Identify and appreciate the importance of Livestock Production and its contribution to Fiji Development to date. 2. Understand the importance of Livestock production and their Management Techniques. 3. Relating to the importance of Monogastric and Ruminant livestock production and their production systems.
