It also explains on the teaching and learning process in extension work. Importance of rural development and what is meant by rural development, Development programmemes, Roles of NGOs, agricultural development ,emerging trends in agricultural development, Dimension of rural development and components of agricultural development. the importance of informal sector and the importance of adult learning. Barriers in adult learning. Importance of printed media and the importance of advanced technology in Fiji.
