Unit Name: Alternative Drive & Control Systems

Description: This course offers students the chance to utilize the theory aspect of Chassis Electronic Control Systems. Also the understanding of wiring systems, wiring harness, Electrical symbols and circuits, circuit components, Fuses & fusible link, Lighting system (Exterior & Interior lights), Chassis Electronic Control Systems overview, Control Area Network (CAN) system, its function will broaden student knowledge in understanding the very basic about this system, which will later help them to carry-out diagnosing of electrical faults. This course offers the students a variety of assessment criteria that enhances their ability of individuals to understand the electrical/electronic aspects of Hybrid system vehicle. Also enables students to acquire an in-depth knowledge of Hybrid & Fuel system vehicle system, components, their functions, SAFETY and operating principles.
