Unit Name: Rooms Division Management

Description: This course Rooms Division Management focuses how to create a pleasant environment for guests. People with a natural talent for hospitality can develop their talent further as this course provides analysis of the procedures followed in managing the rooms division of a hotel. The main focus of study will include the front office and housekeeping. The student will be exposed to front office operation structure, sales of rooms and services, reservation, guest check in and checkout, the accounting process and the night audit.
