Description: At the completion of the programme, the students should be able to: • (1) undertake tasks relating to front office operations; • (2) demonstrate their understanding of how software system have a bearing on the operations of the Hotels and resort hotels; • (3) perform the functions of a competent front office attendant with right attitude, and be a team player. • (4) determine the checkout procedure and successfully carryout various activities during the last stage of the guest stay ensuring that guests leave with a positive impression.
