Unit Name: Advanced Forensic Accounting and Fraud Examination

Description: This unit aims to introduce students to complex fraud types such as financial statement fraud, bribery and corruption, electronic and cyber-fraud, cheque and credit card fraud, computer and e-commerce fraud, consumer fraud, bankruptcy and insolvency fraud, contract and procurement fraud and securities fraud. Focus will be on evaluating different types of frauds under each scheme and executing the fraud prevention, detection and response strategies.
