Unit Name: Ethics and Governance

Description: Ethics and Corporate Governance came under scrutiny in the 1970s following the corporate scandals of the preceding decade and their importance to Entrepreneurship has further increased as a result of continuing corporate scandals of recent times. This unit critically evaluates paradoxes in Ethics and examines business practices that reveal linkages between Ethics, Governance, Transparency and Entrepreneurship in the free market global economy. Reforms to address Governance failures are evaluated. .
