Unit Name: Fundamentals of Vehicle Minor Repairs Workshop

Description: This course offers you the chance to utilize the theory aspect into practical implication of minor repair technology. The hands on experience in practical knowledge of minor repair technology, surface preparation and filler application.

Learning Target Outcomes: On successful completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. Identify various types of metals used in vehicle body construction. 2. Use a hammer and dolly to straighten the damaged panel. 3. Demonstrate how to mix and apply filler and hardener. 4. Explain different techniques for sanding the filler. 5. Identify common mistakes made when using filler and spot putty.
