Unit Name: Applied Animal Nutrition

Description: This course is designed to bring together the most important aspects of animal nutrition with a clear focus on practical application. It aims to impart knowledge to students to the most recent research and provide a framework for decision-making related to nutritional interventions. Some of the topics covered in the course include evaluation of nutritive value of feeds, nutritional requirements of different livestock species, feed formulation and anti-nutritonal factors in feed ingredients.
