The general aim of this Programme is to provide professional knowledge in teaching and learning so that participants develop and expand lesson preparation skills, as well as teaching, training, researching, and general administrative competencies. This Programme is designed to provide graduates who can successfully develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum and become actively involved in new educational initiatives in Fiji primary schools.

Students must have a Bachelor of Education (Secondary) or Graduate Certificate in Education qualification and are currently teaching in Primary Schools.
