| Minimum Requirement | Participants for this course shall: • Be a holder of Certificate of Proficiency in Medical First Aid • Have a valid medical certificate issued in accordance with the provisions of STCW Reg. I/9 and Section A-I/9. • Have at least 12 months of sea experience at Operational Level |
