Programme Description

This programme is for those who are currently working, or intend to work with electrical equipment in the electro-technology industry and require training in the fundamentals of power electronics. Those credited with units contained in this module will be able to apply basic knowledge of power electronics in their work as electricians. The competencies encompassed in this module are equivalent to Level 4 of the Natonal Qualifications for Electrical Fitter Mechanic.
