Programme Description

This module specifies the competency required for planning the task involved on a construction site which involves listing of the jobs and identifying various tasks to complete a job. The underpinning knowledge and the skills lent through this module will enhance participants to create a work schedule and cost projection for basic construction jobs. This unit also includes creating a built-up rate for plant and equipment hire as per the plant schedules. The participants will enhance their knowledge and skills to better plan the layout of construction site, better plan the sequence of work and manage the people, plants and equipment on site.
