Programme Description

Project Quality Management includes the processes and activities of the performing organisation that determine quality policies, objectives, and responsibilities so that the project will satisfy the needs for which it was undertaken. It implements the quality management system through policy and procedures with continuous process improvement activities conducted throughout the project life cycle. Project quality management includes quality planning processes, performing quality assurance and performing quality control processes. This course assists project managers to develop project quality management plans and use it widely in the project execution phase to achieve the project objectives. This course is also the Module 5 of the Certificate of Attainment in Project Management programme
