Programme Description

MS project is a widely used tool which can improve the productivity of any project whether large or small. With Microsoft Project, managers can easily develop a project schedule, assign resources, estimate and check budgets, evaluate timelines, track and measure progress, and produce reports. In addition to assisting project managers, Microsoft Project also enables team members to manage tasks, collaborate, and submit time sheets, and flag issues and risks. Successful completion of this course will grant credit points to the participant that contributes to the completion of the Certificate of Attainment in Project Management.
