In today\'s fast paced and competitive business environments, developing strategies, carrying out risk assessments, budgeting and cost control are essential skills for those who are dedicated to maximizing the organisational performance and delivering operational excellence.   Nowadays, if existing organisations want to stay competitive, they are urged to think, plan and act in terms of value added to customers and shareholders. Hence, budgeting, as well as tracking, controlling & reducing cost represent essential activities to be performed and monitored as strategies get executed. This course will allow the participant to understand the main concepts and methodologies around strategic planning, cost management and budgeting whereby implementing a more focused budgeting process at work which communicates useful and timely information to management.
