This 2nd module as part of a 3 phase programme continues to discuss and explain participants the importance of HR and introducing the Soft Skills needed. It is evident that with the world moving towards a more sustainable relationship between the Employer and Employee, the psychology element needs to be understood to retain, empower and develop staff members.  The latest trends and learning will occur to equip the participant to a world class standard of Human Resources. Module 2 programme will focus on the soft skills of HR matters under the following topics that is necessary at a functional level.
