This key programme prepares students for careers in the diverse field of management across industry, commerce, not-for-profit, and government sectors. It emphasizes the vital role of management as a key driver of organizational success and performance. Students will explore the broad and dynamic discipline of management, gaining essential knowledge and skills to build their capacity for leadership and decision-making in both established and emerging organizations. Currently, there is no formal qualification offered in this specific area of study in Fiji.

a) The minimum entry requirement for admission to Certificate in Management is a pass in Fiji Year 13 Certificate Examination with 200 out of 400 marks with 50 or more marks in English.

b) Students who have successfully completed their Foundation Studies with a GPA of 2.0 can also enrol in this Programme.

c) Mature applicants who do not meet the years of continuous progression but has relevant industrial experience of at least 2 years can also enrol upon Dean CBHTS approval.
