Dermatology is a sub speciality of General Medicine and the PGDD course aims to equip trainees with sufficient knowledge of dermatology complimented with appropriate surgical skills so they can grow into the field of dermatology and maybe upon further training they can progress to Masters level and Specialisation in this area.
