Welcome to the Office of the Registrar

On behalf of the Fiji National University, I am pleased to extend a warm welcome to all our students, both new and continuing.  I also wish to extend my welcome to our students with special needs and would like to assure you of our continued support in your academic journey.

The Office of the Registrar administers and manages all operations of the Student Academic Services, Student Support Services including Student Welfare and Disability Services, Examination Office, Student Financial Aid & Worker Scheme, Counseling Services and the University Secretariat.

We are the stewards of all official student academic records and are responsible for the accuracy, integrity and security of student data. The Office of the Registrar is also the custodian of the University Academic and Student Regulations (UASR) which is available on the FNU website under Policies and Regulations.

We are dedicated to providing timely and quality services in overseeing the general welfare of students in Halls of Residence which includes amongst others; pastoral care, sports, social activities and working with residences to ensure grievances are resolved promptly for our students.
