The Fiji National University (FNU) will host the 2023 Open Day at four of its campuses from October 5-7, 2023.
Acting Vice-Chancellor, Professor Unaisi Nabobo-Baba said the University community have begun preparations to host prospective students and the general public during the event at the Nasinu, Naduna, Natabua and Namaka campuses.
The FNU 2023 Open Day will be held as per the following schedule:
Professor Nabobo-Baba highlighted that Open Day was a time for the University to showcase its facilities, programmes, and services to the community.
“I am equally as excited as my team of students and staff to open up our campuses once again to our community, visitors and incoming students,” she said.
“The Open Day sessions are also perfect platforms for students to receive first-hand information and have their queries and clarifications answered regarding studying at FNU. Being on campus will also allow them to have a feel of the campus life at FNU and learn about the various support services, clubs and extra-curricular activities organised for our students.”
“After a lapse of a few years, we also have an additional venue at Namaka Campus hosting Open Day and this highlights our ongoing commitment to making our services accessible to everyone who wishes to pursue further studies in technical and vocational education and training (TVET) and higher education.”
