The Flexible and E-Learning (FEL) Strategy 2018-2020 was approved by Senate on Thursday 24th August 2018. Along with the overarching Learning and Teaching and Training (LTT) Policy 2018-2020 and supporting Learning and Teaching Enhancement (LTE) Strategy 2018-2020, the FEL Strategy focuses on four key areas related to enhancing flexible learning. They are:

1. Quality assurance,
2. Learning experience,
3. Teacher development,
4. Learning environment.
