Brief Biography:
Keshmi Sharma is a dedicated academic and management professional with over 13 years of experience in the field. The current role is a Lecturer in Management, a position held for the past six years, along with the responsibilities of Acting Head of Department Management. Prior to this, extensive administrative experience was gained as an Executive Officer and Academic Assistant at Fiji National University, where strong operational and organizational skills were developed. Research interests lie at the intersection of consumer behavior and marketing, with a particular focus on reducing food waste and promoting sustainability. There is a passion for understanding the psychological and behavioral drivers behind food consumption and waste, aiming to develop actionable strategies that can lead to more sustainable consumer practices. Professional memberships include the Academy of International Business (AIB), the Australia and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM), and the Fiji Human Resource Institute (FHRI).
