Brief Biography:
Ravinay Amit Chandra has completed a PhD in Management, with a doctoral thesis titled “Modelling Human Resource Management Functions and Employee Performance in the Public Enterprises of Fiji.” A Master of Commerce degree, majoring in Management and Public Administration is also held. Research interests span across Human Resource Management (HRM), Public Enterprise Reforms, Tourism, and Sustainable Development Goal 5 (Gender Equality). Research has been successfully published in several reputable peer-reviewed journals, including the Asia Pacific Journal of Tourism Research, PLOS ONE, Journal of Tourism Leisure and Events, Tourism, Hospitality & Event Management, and IGI Global Publications. A registered reviewer role is held for the PLOS ONE journal, contributing to academic quality and rigor in the field.
