Brief Biography:
Jaishma Devi is deeply passionate about hospitality and the culinary world. With over 10 years of hands-on experience in restaurants, resorts, and kitchens across Fiji, she believes that every dish tells a story and every service moment can create a memory. Since 2022, she has taught at Fiji National University as a Tutor for Food Production, where she guides and inspires future professionals in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Service. Her journey—from apprentice cook to educator—has been driven by a love for food, service, and continuous learning. She holds a Trade Diploma in Culinary Arts and a Certificate in TVET Teaching (Level 5), and is currently working towards her Bachelor of Education (Specialists in TVET). This next chapter of her education is something she is eager to pass on to her students through enriched teaching and real-world insight.
